Avaya Aura Branch – designed specifically for customer-facing environments such as retail, financial services and government. It has been created to enable low cost deployment and simple migration from your existing system whilst providing you with SIP networking and the ability to centrally manage multiple locations which may run into their thousands.

Avaya Aura Standard Edition – ideal for use on a single site within medium-sized and large businesses and organisations with extensive communication needs including voice, video, SIP, messaging and Presence applications. Licensing enables SIP session management and various vendors’ unified communications applications to be easily delivered to targeted users, including mobile, home and teleworkers.

Avaya Aura Enterprise Edition – contains all the features of the Standard Edition with enhanced capabilities to serve the needs of multi-site national and even international organisations. Suited to businesses from the medium right up to the very largest offers increased availability options such as 100% feature survivability at remote sites. Enterprise-wide SIP session management and unified communications applications are included as standard (no licensing required) for all users, including mobile, home and teleworkers.
