Here at Pennine we take our responsibilities as a supplier, employer and member of our local community most seriously. That’s why, for example, we invest in in the continuous training and development of our people and are proud holders of the Investors in People standard. We want to help staff fulfill their potential and progress their careers with Pennine. We are also keen advocates of apprenticeships which we regard as essential for developing the pool of engineering talent our young people possess.

Pennine has demonstrated its very high standards of health and safety by gaining accreditation from the SAFEcontractor scheme.

SAFEcontractor is an external body with professional assessors who ensure that an organisation’s health and safety criteria meet with their Charter Standard.

It is used by businesses nationwide to source approved safe contractors that may be required to carryout work on their premises
