Systems Maintenance Engineer

With over 30 years experience in the communication industry, Pennine Telecom is an independent leading provider of communications and currently seeking to recruit a Systems Maintenance Engineer.

You will primarily be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying faults, either at customer premises or remotely, including liaison at a technical level with system manufacturers when technical support is required.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative with excellent customer liaison skils, be IT literate, participate in a standby roster and be availalbe to take customer calls out of normal business hours.  You will bring with you experience at a high level on Avaya INDeX products, specifically CCM and IVM and experience of Avaya IP Office would also be advantageous.

Working from our Head Office, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and have the ability to work on there own initiative.  Renumeration will be dependent on experience.  Benefits provided.
